open box x5

hi all i have a openbox x5 super,had it around 3 months paid for 12 months, it went of lost everythink, not sure how to get it back on or what to do or what file or firmware to load, like a bellend i done a factory reset thinking that will help when it went of, the guy i got the box of says open box have stopped trading ??? i think he had my money and done one can some one please help me to get this up and running please my kids give me a bad hed all the time now thank you four yor time

Your Openbox X5 Super is the same as X5 Pro.

Here is the latest firmware. Do the upgrade by following the instructions in the Manual attached.
