The national average is 79 percent. At the same time, though, the penetration of pay-TV is unequally distributed over the country, according to GfK Poland's map. The pay-TV market in Poland is concentrated in the cities and counties of the West of Poland. In those areas, the pay-TV penetration is above the national average
