Subscribers of Russian satellite TV operator Orion Express grew by 3 percent year-on-year to 2.655 million households in the first quarter of this year, reports Comnews.ru. Revenues of the company amounted to RUB 802 million. Orion Express is the fifth-largest Russian pay-TV provider. Its revenues from pay-TV subscriptions jumped by 41 percent in Q1. DTH services formed 77 percent of revenues, services for broadcasters generated 14 percent, and TV channel distribution formed 9 percent.
